Reservation Form

To begin your booking, please complete our Reservation/Application Form (available on request or via our website).
Once we receive your details, we will confirm availability and send you the final booking confirmation.

Deposit & Confirmation

To secure your trip, a 20% deposit is required in advance.
The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

This advance payment allows us to begin making the necessary arrangements on your behalf, including permits, accommodation bookings, and guide assignments.
